The new line PRO meets the most demanding working requirements. It includes the most liable row material HSS-E-PM with a detailed design of the geometries and the last progress in surface coatings.
For deep holes up to 4xD in long chips material resistant up to 1000 N/mm2 and austenitic stainless steel.
For blind and through holes of short chips material.
Grey or nodular cast iron resistant up to 1000 N/mm2.
For deeop holes up to 4xD in high alloyd steels R up to 1.500 N/mm2, hard cast iron and martensitic stainless steel.
For deep holes, up to 4xD in long chips material with resistance up to 700 N/mm2 and aluminium with Silicon (Si) lower than 8%.
For blind and through holes in titanium alloys.
